STUDENTS in Year 7 and Year 8 at King’s Ely Junior turned their classrooms into newsrooms on Thursday (10) to take part in the BBC School News Report.
During their lessons, the young journalists reported on all kinds of school events, such as the upcoming Oliver production and the debating competition final. To make their news reports of a standard suitable for television, they even conducted their own interviews and edited them themselves.
