King’s Ely Senior is a school steeped in history but with a forward thinking, progressive outlook.

We are down to earth, but with a sense of ambition and a genuinely holistic approach, a school where there is a refreshing balance between academic challenge and character development.

We believe outstanding academic results are best achieved when pupils enjoy coming to school each day and for this reason pupil wellbeing is paramount.

We actively encourage every student to find their niche beyond the academic curriculum, whether it is performing on stage, rowing on the river, competing on the sports field or helping at Ely Scheme.

We want every student to leave King’s Ely Senior with a strong moral compass and the character, skills and values to guide them successfully through life.
